Luke was the janitor for a big company who was currently having legal trouble with a family trying to sue them for damages. Now the company did nothing wrong, it was just that one of the kids tripped on the stairs going up, but with the family being rich, they wanted to sue for damages.

Problem with trying to use sex appeal in court is that there will be tons of backlash. A lot of news stations out there will ruin the person and can sonetimes lead to spending jail time.
